A nova super-heroína da América chama-se Toya Graham, tem 42 anos e é mãe solteira
O adolescente Baltimore que foi esbofeteado pela sua mãe com raiva durante os distúrbios de segunda-feira - um momento visto em um vídeo que rapidamente se tornou viral - diz que aprendeu uma lição com a sua humilhação pública.
Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts seemed to agree.
"I wish I had more parents who took charge of their kids tonight,"
.Pastor Jamal Bryant told Inside Edition:
“I wish all of the parents of Baltimore would take on her spirit and go pull your children out of the streets,”
Toya Graham even got a nod from White House press secretary Josh Earnest, who called the confrontation a "powerful expression about the role that parents can play."
Toya Graham told "CBS This Morning" that she doesn't feel like a "hero.""I don't," Graham told "CBS This Morning" on Wednesday. "My intention was just to get my son and have him be safe."
For his part, the teen said he understands why his mom smacked him.
"I understand how much my mother really cares about me," Singleton told ABC News. "So I'm just going to try and do better."

Um bom par de tabefes no momento certo nunca matou ninguém nem é trauma para o resto da vida, pelo contrário, pode ser uma excelente "vacina" para infecções graves, por vezes letais. Abençoada mãe que não fica a olhar nem deixa de fazer o que deve por estar em público.
Ser Mãe é pôr o filho em primeiro lugar, o resto... que se lixe.
